CPC Mortgage Company LLC, a subsidiary of The Community Preservation Corporation, is a one-stop-shop providing our borrowers with a team of originators, analysts and underwriters solely dedicated to the multifamily Agency lending process.

We are the only nonprofit multifamily mortgage lender with multiple licenses with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and HUD/FHA, allowing us to help you find the right product, rate and terms to fit your financing needs.

President’s Message


Providing access to financial products for the construction, acquisition and refinance of multifamily communities, particularly those affordable to people making less than area median income, has been a core mission at The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) since its inception in 1974. As a wholly owned subsidiary, CPC Mortgage Company focuses on this mission by offering customers access to multifamily loan executions from Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA/HUD. Our team of experts has deep experience in Agency lending, helping ensure that CPC Mortgage Company borrowers enjoy the best service and most efficient execution in the industry.

We are the only nonprofit multifamily lender with this suite of Agency licenses, which allows us to drive our profits back into the communities we serve by making grants and other investments in affordable properties in the neighborhoods where we operate.
