ACCESS Incubator Graduation – Cohort 7

Congratulations to our most recent ACCESS Developer Incubator graduates! We had a great evening celebrating the dedication and achievements of these emerging developers expanding their skills in multifamily real estate development. Through our intensive virtual program, participants gained the tools to successfully navigate every step of the development process. This cohort of 30 graduates has brought the total amount of developers who have completed the Incubator training series to over 240! Several have used the knowledge and technical assistance available through the Incubator program to develop project plans that resulted in successful multifamily real estate projects financed by CPC.
