CPC has a robust construction lending platform, a mortgage bank, and equity and impact investment platforms that focus on our three goals: Expanding Affordable Housing, Closing the Racial Wealth Gap and Investing in the Green Economy.

“We are making housing equity impact for vulnerable populations, for low income families, and historically discriminated people. My hope is we can continue to provide long term, quality, stable housing for many folks struggling to get by.”

CPC is committed to fostering the next generation of leaders in the housing finance and community development space through our internship programs. The summer 2023 internship class is very diverse and the largest to date. Internship opportunities will be listed here when available.

“Because we are a mission-based company, we are lucky to see the fruits of our labor with every loan closing.
