ACCESS Incubator Graduation – Cohort 3

The CPC ACCESS Incubator training advanced our commitment to closing the racial wealth gap with a comprehensive eight-week training series designed to empower BIPOC entrepreneurs to succeed in real estate development careers. The training series includes virtual learning modules in addition to one-on-one technical assistance from dedicated program consultants. This cohort of more than 30 graduates marked a milestone of more than 100 total developers who have completed the Incubator training series. Several have used the knowledge and technical assistance available through the Incubator program to develop project plans that resulted in successful multifamily real estate projects financed by CPC.
