ACCESS

“There’s a significant underserved and underrepresented population of BIPOC developers who are poised for growth, and just need the opportunity and access to the right resources. If ACCESS can be that hand-up, or that connection to capital and knowledge that is going to help take their business to the next level – that is the measure of success for us.” – Lawrence Hammond, Senior Vice President, Director of ACCESS.

To help directly address these inequities, CPC established ACCESS – Acquiring Capital and Capacity for Economic Stability and Sustainability.

About

ACCESS is a multi-million dollar initiative created by CPC that provides financial resources, capacity building opportunities, and technical assistance to entrepreneurs of color who have historically faced barriers to entry in the real estate development market, with the goal of promoting and enabling greater racial diversity, equity, and inclusion in the industry.

  • Subordinate and pre-development loans
  • Equity investments
  • Permanent loans and recoverable grants
  • Construction and acquisition loans
