ACCESS

Planned to launch in early Fiscal Year 2021 (August 2020), this $20 million program will aim to empower Black and minority entrepreneurs in the development industry, and to invest in projects that bring high quality housing to communities of color.

The ACCESS initiative will provide resources including:

• Capacity building programs
• Subordinate soft debt and recoverable grants
• Predevelopment and acquisition loans
• Construction and permanent debt capital
• Equity
