The program is designed for community development and government officials, NY State Grant Awardees, Business Improvement Districts, Chambers of Commerce and Main Street organizations from Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Ulster, Dutchess, Sullivan, Putnam, Greene and Columbia counties.
