Jeff Ely is Senior Vice President of Administration at CPC and manages Human Resources, Information Technology and Facilities. Mr. Ely joined the organization in 2012 as the Director of Human Resources and serves as the senior advisor to the leadership team for all Human Resource matters. In this capacity, Mr. Ely is responsible for talent acquisition and retention, succession planning, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, organizational design, training and leadership development initiatives.
Mr. Ely had a successful 11-year career at Amalgamated Bank, where he served as Assistant Director of Human Resources, the position he held prior to joining CPC. During his time at Amalgamated Bank, Mr. Ely supported all Human Resources functions for a multi-state employee base while also leading the organization’s labor relations function.
Earlier in his career Mr. Ely spent four years in Japan working for the AEON Corporation where he held the position of Corporate Trainer and in New York City where he was the company’s Recruitment Manager.
Mr. Ely holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Alabama.
